ITALY TOUR 8-28 SEPTEMBER 2010
The current tour party comprises 33 people who have all now paid a non refundable 20% deposit (16 players plus 17 partners and children) comprising: Rob Allen (3), Graham Anderson (2), Mike Birchall (2), Rob Bevilacqua (3), Greg Crosland,
Keith Elloy (1), Peter de Silva, David Jones (4), John McGruther (2), Brett McLennan (2), Ian Neil (2),
Bruce Pendlebury (2),

Dave Stewart (2), Rob Tinsley (2), Wayne Walters (2)and Ken Yardy (2).
The prices are excellent value at c $2500 -3000pp (+ airfares), depending on numbers to include coach, guide, accommodation and up to 10 games.
There is a significant
reduction of c$300pp if numbers reach 30 and a further reduction of $100pp if numbers reach 35.
Ten games are currently being arranged commencing in Milan and ending in Rome. The standard of cricket will be variable but some teams will be strong.

In the Bologna area and in Rome , two of the local teams (Pianoro and Capannelle) are organizing both games in the week end. They are the most well known cricket teams in Italy and also the most reliable for organization not only on but also off the field.
In my opinion this would be a superb cricket +cultural tour. But we need more younger players to come

C.C.N.S.W. SOUTH AMERICA 2012
Preliminary planning has started on the planning of our tour to South America in 2012, provisionally envisaged for about Easter. The major time determinant is how late in March we can play cricket in Argentina. The tour will be managed by Paul Brandon, It currently proposes to cover Argentina, Chile and Brazil with side trips to Rio and Iguaçu Falls over a period of c 25 days at a cost provisionally estimated this far out at c $6000 -$6500.
It is intended to be a tour suitable for all Club members of any age and families but will be in part at least during school term time.
So far 14 players and 10 partners have expressed interest. Expressions of interest are always welcome but it is too early to seek deposits. In the meantime look at the images and information in the attachments below.
